Lizzie and Rachel met on Craigslist.com in 2022, where they bonded over music and formed Innuendo. 'System Overload' is their debut album, inspired by hypnotic downtempo from the 90/2000s and various off-putting dreams. Their soundscape combines experimental electronic, trip hop, and shoegaze elements with themes of self-empowerment, dormant rage, oneness with nature, love, and the pulse of music.
